Successful Partnership Examples 
  • September 2023 – agreement signed with LOT Polish Airlines for flights between Vilnius Airport (VNO) and London City Airport (LCY). 
  • March 2024 – agreement signed with airBaltic for flights between Vilnius (VNO) and Lisbon (LIS) as well as Vilnius (VNO) and Hamburg (HAM). 
  • August 2024 – agreement signed with airBaltic for to operate flights between Vilnius (VNO) and Düsseldorf (DUS). .

Airlines can submit their proposals until June 1, 2026, 15:00 (Lithuanian time) in accordance with the regulations set out in tender conditions.

Risk Sharing Partnership for regular flight (VNO-MAD) operator

Joint stock company Lithuanian Airports (hereinafter – LTOU) informs all the interested parties that it cancels Tender Procedures for Establishing a Risk Sharing Partnership in Air Route Vilnius Airport (VNO) – Madrid Airport (MAD) (hereinafter – Tender Procedures) that was opened for submission of the tenders during the period of May 27, 2025, to August 5, 2025.  LTOU cancels Tender Procedures in accordance with clause 50.2 of the Tender Procedures regulation.
